When I first started my journey in 2008 (and beyond), there were basic handouts for “How to Do an Elimination Diet,” plain notepads, daily task-oriented journals, and eventually bullet journals and even one-liner gratitude journals.

All of those things are incredible. They were not only useful, but also critical to my healing journey.

But time-and-time again I would purchase another new journal. And each time I’d purchase the journal, I’d say to myself, “Good enough. It doesn’t exactly have what I need, but I’ll figure out how to make it work.”
