WEEK 1: Planning and Setting Up for Success

  • 45-minute initial phone or zoom session where we focus on your goals, challenges, concerns, etc. and talk through the next 4 weeks.
  • Follow up email with information: key takeaways from the call, and homework assignments about what to focus on that week for best results.
  • 1 day of email communication and support.
  • Get set up with your personal journal.
  • Ensure your copy of my book, A Gutsy Girl's Bible, is in your hands so you have plenty of recipes and ideas that we can customize for your unique needs. 

WEEK 2

  • 15-minute phone or zoom session to check in with your progress and troubleshoot any challenge areas.
  • Follow up email with information: key takeaways from the call, and homework assignments about what to focus on that week for best results.
  • 1 day of email communication and support.

I believe in 100% BIO-INDIVIDUALITY, which means that every single person I work with will require something different. Some might need more focus on the food aspect, and other people will require more lifestyle-focus. 

There will be individuals who prefer a plant-based diet, and some will fare better from a Paleo diet, keeping low-FODMAP or even being a Chickenatarian (yes, there is SUCH a thing).

Because of this, based on our initial conversations during week 1, subsequent weeks will/can look like any of these topics/conversations:

  • Diet-specific information (i.e. Is asparagus low-FODMAP? Can I have Corn tortillas because they are gluten-free? Etc.)
  • Grocery shopping: how to, products and ingredients to watch out for, reading labels labels 
  • Cooking and baking help
  • Exercise thoughts
  • Sleeping
  • Traveling and eating out at restaurants
  • Stress management 
  • My recommendations for products, brands, services, and people for everything from nutritionists to podcasts, testing options, essential oils, desserts, and more!
  • Deeper dives on any blog post(s) found on agutsygirl.com

I will help you decide what will be best for you to focus on during our 4-week time together.
