Once you receive your journal, my best suggestion is to read through it once so you understand all pieces. It's not a book in the sense that it will take you a month to finish. Instead, you should get a feel for the Journal Key, daily structure, and how to use it.
This way, you'll be fully prepared to start.
Then, just start. Record at the beginning of the journal your start date (and don't forget to add your Gut Healing Mantra for the month duration - yes, there is even a prompt for this).
No, there are no recipes and/or meal plans in the book.
This is strictly a journal to help you navigate your gut healing journey.

In fact, there are two pages for appointment notes and two more pages for your doctor's appointment log.

Yes in the sense that there is a chart for helping you determine which foods you can (successfully) reintroduce (and if you aren't successful, the chart will help you understand why that might be).
But no, in the sense that I don't tell you, "Eliminate xyz and then on day 5 introduce xyz, day 6 introduce xyz, etc."
This goes back to the meal plan and recipes question.
However, through the Journal Key and my SYSTEM for tracking, I am empowering you to be able to determine this for yourself.

In full disclosure, I won't use the 28-day tracking system and "My Day" section in the same ways as you will.
This is because, I am healed and have been for 5+ years.
I'm going to use the 28-days for general and overall health and vibrancy - to track my never ending desire for optimal gut health and a microbiome that's stronger than nails.
And I'll also use it for a regular, daily planner (because, spoiler alert, you can do this, too - and I teach you how in the Journal Key).
